Want to Feel Better?

 Maybe you're in a slump and not sure how to get out of it.

Here's the BEST way to do it.  

Do something for someone else.

I had a blast today taking my 19 year old friend that I met through CarePortal out for lunch.  We talked and laughed and ate good food and I tried to motivate her to finish her GED.

I poured as much as I could into her -- wisdom, advice (not solicited of course), energy, love and encouragement.

I left feeling way more energized.

You'd think I would have been more tired, but instead I felt better.

You should try it.
