After completing my workouts in the morning I feel great. Such a sense of accomplishment to know that the hardest part of my day is over before my shower every day. Such a feeling of empowerment. You'll have to click here to find out who came with me to work out.
This morning I have staff meeting and then have to give Salinda's friend a ride home. She has been very nice to me the past 24 hours -- and has been getting along very well with everyone. She seems more settled. It's kind of nice for now. I'll take what I can get.
Yesterday I was able to focus and get several things on my to-do list done. It felt good. Hopefully there is another day like that ahead.
Bart, Dominyk and Sadie will be home tonight by 10. It will be nice to have Bart and Saide home, and Dominyk too but I have to confess, not hearing "Can I pleeaaase have a pop" 435 times a day has been kinda nice.
