Well, we've made it through the morning. So far four of the kids have had melt downs and I've had a few myself, though mine have been short lived and did not involve tears, slamming things, or hitting anyone. I guess I'm growing up.
Does anyone else have a clutter pattern? Ours goes like this. When we clean, things end up either in the laundry room or in our bedroom. Then once the bedroom is cleaned all the stuff that doesn't belong there ends up in my office. And then I run out of time and have to sit in my silly office that's all cluttered. It's like the stuff grows and multiplies as it finds it's way to my office and then lands on me.
And I'm drowning......
:-)
UGH to meltdowns! Aspie Boy has had a go of it today!!!! I've got two fat lips, a sore nose, bruises, less hair (he yanked some)...
ReplyDeleteThe impetus? Suggesting we visit Sissy at the RTC this weekend.
Can't miss that redirected anger! lol
Plus, changes in routine make Aspie kids miserable. I can't give him enough stimulation to make up for the loss of structure!
clutter problem. My bedroom is my office right now and I truly understand that. I need a bigger house, but I love my little house. Guess it is time to declutter. It is a never ending chore here about as bad as laundry.
ReplyDeleteour clutter pattern is very similar andin the end I wait until the house is empty and get out some garbage bags and it all goes, well whatever I can justify. It starts to drive me crazy otherwise.
