Does this Sound Familiar to any one else?

You need to clean your room if you want to go anywhere today.

But that's not fair.

It's the same for everyone else in the house. So it's fair.

But cleaning my room is too hard.

You don't have to clean the room, but if you don't clean the room you can't go anywhere.

But that's not FAAAAAAIR.

(silence)

mom.

(silence)

MOM

(silence)

MOOOOOOOOOOOOM (at full volume) It's not FAIR!!!!!

(repeat)

(repeat)

(repeat)

You may choose whether you want to go to your room now or go when your dad gets home (he won't go for me anymore, and I refuse to get into a physical altercation with him)

I can't stop crying.

You can cry in your room.

but that's not FAAIR.

(I'd go on, but eventually you'd get as I am right now and that wouldn't be FAIR!!!) ;-)

If Andrew had the vocabulary like your said child does I'm sure we would have more of these. He goes into the words he knows he not allowed to say such as You're an idiot! Your evil, evil! Evil!!!!
