Mimicking refrigerator letters or not, I don't think of the apostrophe as optional. The word needs to be "God's" possessive, not "Gods" plural. I stumbled mentally trying to read it as plural. Just my technical writer's 2-cents. :)
I like the cover, but I'm an English teacher. I *need* that apostrophe. What if the apostrophe were actually made from some kind of random magnet on the fridge? Wouldn't have to be from the letter set, would it?
It's great that you"re publishing another book; I don't know where you find the time. The cover looks too busy to me and the absence of the apostrophe looks sloppy. Could you cheat and make one out of Play-Doh?

I get what you are saying about the apostrophes - I think it's fine to leave it out.
Yes - chaotic is better (in my humble opinion).
The only thing I see is that if you dropped the heart magnet down a bit - it may look like it was actually holding up more of the pictures. :)
