I believe the actual quote was "mentally ill, old women with one leg do not look at internet porn sites," with the inference being they have better things to do with what few remaining facilities they have left.
I know only one woman with one leg and she is a proffessor married to a minister so I think Bart has a point (after all you wrtite I am delurking for this? )
