Note to Self

As you are gathering all of the gadgets you need to completely finish setting up your new wireless network around the house, much superior to the old one, and you're heading upstairs to test it out, please do not unknowingly trip over the plug to the cable modem and disconnect it, because then, no matter how hard you try, you will not be able to get the wireless network to provide internet to your computers.
