Last night a couple stray dogs came into our yard. The kids would not leave them alone and thus the dogs would not leave. It was quite an ordeal which finally resulted in our kind and wonderful neighbor (yes, the one who reads this blog) calling animal control.
Apparently when animal control came, he was trying to help them locate the second dog who was supposedly big, and according to Dominyk, kinda mean. Dominyk reported this to us, perplexed as to why the dog didn’t come when he did everything right. He said,
“I approached the dog with my arms at my sides and said, ”I come in peace. I mean no harm to you whatsoever.“
