I talked to another one of the mothers from the altercation last night. Turns out Sadie started the whole thing and her sister got the repercussions. They both made some pretty stupid choices.
But when I hear that their mom got the impression that when John was released he would be taking care of things, that took things to a new level. Especially considering that the little girl Sadie threatened has a brother who is being released from jail next week.
Lots and lots and lots of natural consequences for a little mouthy 11 year old girl to face who made a huge mistake...
