Thank you, to you and Bart. I've been reading your blogs for about 6 months, and have been parenting a 4yo son with RAD for 2 years. He's young but very traumatized, and we struggle. Your words are a gift to me. And tonight, between Bart's words on peace, and yours last night on grace ("Do we give them what they deserve or offer grace?") are just what I needed to hear after a trying couple of days.
You all give me hope: not that he will definitely be made emotionally whole (I know that may not happen), but that no matter what path his life takes, *I* will be able to love him in grace and mercy.
