my world is full of kids. Without asking ahead of time, several kids brought friends home and it is going to be quite a complicated afternoon. I have the afternoon of PCA assessments -- I had asked Bart to cover OUR kids today, but didn't ask him to cover the entire school district! AHHHHH! I feel horrible for leaving him with this, but the kids were told by our kids (without our permission) they were coming here and those parents don't have a plan B.... because their parents work outside the home.
In families with one or two kids or a stay at home parent, it's easy for people to adjust if one person makes a huge change in the families plans.
But when 3 or 4 people do it on the same day in a large family, it's chaos.
But we'll get through it....
