That I don’t particularly like Sunday mornings? The half hour before we leave is always one of the worst 1/2 hours of the week. And with Daylight Savings Time, it isn’t better this morning. Even if we choose clothes the night before (which we often do) something is always wrong with it the next morning. Shoes can’t be found, there isn’t enough milk to go around for cereal (not today though as I remembered to get it at 9:30 last night) and people are arguing and testy. Especially me.
But the relief is knowing that once we get there and everyone is settled, there will be words of comfort and strength and by the time it is over, most likely, I will feel ready to face another week.
I explain here why I go to church.
