No decisions were made today. All charges were dropped because Mike pled guilty to the big one -- Gross Misdemeanor -- Theft of a Motor Vehicle.
He is on probation and has to abide by his curfew to live here. The Probation Officer needs to write a social history. Once it is written she will reschedule a hearing for “sentencing.”
So, nothing really happened except that he is supposed to now tell us where he is..
